RED RUBY the Dog needs a home
Ruby is a strikingly beautiful petite (28 lbs) 2 year old red Heeler that was brought to her foster family with an old break in her back left leg that called for the leg to be amputated. She has healed beautifully and it hasn’t slowed her down one bit! She so loves to run outside and chase birds and rabbits and then she will walk right next you outside and will even jump up and nibble at your hand for affection and attention. She is a Heeler and they are known for their nibbles and play bites and she does not disappoint in that category and trait. She seems to be good with other dogs that she has been mingled with but it does take her some time to warm up to the idea of being around new dogs. She is just a bit stand offish with new dogs and so knowing that you can make the adjustments. She does eventually warm up and will become friends. She definitely loves attention and belly rub and true to the Cattle Dog breed she is a very affectionate dog and loves everyone she meets. She is housebroken and will also let you know when she needs out. She has been vetted and has a microchip and spayed. She will make a great family dog, farm dog or pet for anyone that will love her and give her the love she needs.
